Computer Network Cabling of the new offices of the General Administration of Customs (AGD) of the Republic of Haiti

The AGD was recently given a facelift with a new building located around the Toussaint Louverture airport in Port-au-Prince and GENINOV has been mandated to set up the network and IT infrastructure of the offices of the new building. The mandate includes the installation of a videoconference system which will also be used for staff training. This project aims to provide the AGD with effective IT infrastructure to better meet its strategic challenges in the short, medium and long term.

The project is divided into four main parts:

  • Establishment of a central fiber optic LAN network to connect the different buildings of the site (administrative offices, data center, etc.).
  • Supply, cabling installation, surveillance cameras installation and network equipment configuration.
  • Supply and installation of a modern conference room for 24 people, including table, chairs, screen and videoconferencing system.
  • Training of staff for the maintenance of the network and equipment.

GENINOV is putting the final touches to finalizing this project of great importance for AGD.
